Yep, an original character design by yours truly...
It's my own concept of Deng Ai from Romance of The Three Kingdoms as I'd like to see him in Dynasty Warriors (been hoping for him to appear ever since I read the novel about 4 years ago).
*sigh* He came out looking like a cross between Cao Pi and Sun Ce... >_>;
The hair especially is a blatant rip-off of Cao Pi's DW5 hair, but I LOVED his hair so I wanted to steal it. >_<
Comments and critique welcome... but not too harsh, I know there are flaws...
